Salesforce Administrator

Prestige Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will play a crucial role in optimizing the effectiveness of sales, renewals, and marketing efforts through the management of Salesforce and Hub Spot. This individual will be central to our strategic migration of selected brands from Salesforce to Hub Spot, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient process improvements.

• Serve as the primary Hub Spot admin/developer, managing workflows, templates, integrations, and automations.
• Lead the migration of selected brands from Salesforce to Hub Spot, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Develop and implement Hub Spot best practices, including CRM configurations and campaign tracking.

• Configure Salesforce settings such as flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, etc.
• Improve data quality through rules and automation.
• Utilize tools like Data Uploader for mass updates.

• Generate reports and metrics for sales, renewals, marketing, and management teams.

• Liaise with sales, renewals, and marketing teams for Salesforce-related tasks and report insights.
• Collaborate with management on strategy and process improvements.
• Support other members of the sales operations team.

• Research and analyze data for sales, renewals, and marketing.
• Manage Salesforce to enhance sales and renewal processes.
• Own user and license management for customer deals.
• Train other departments on Salesforce and Sales Ops processes.
• Monitor group email inboxes and handle messages.
• Assist with order processing and lead capture management.
• Handle customer procurement portals and compliance requests

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related position
• Must have expertise in Hub Spot and Salesforce, or any other automation or license management tools
• Experience with Eloqua and Pardot is a plus
• Experience in Python and Java is a plus
• Can demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent technical presentation skills
