Domestic Major Loss Adjuster – North West/M62 Corridor

This is a standout career opportunity for a seasoned Loss Adjuster to join Aviva’s Major Complex Claims team, taking full ownership of high-value, complex domestic home claims from start to finish.

As a Major Loss Field Adjuster, you will manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and cost-effective resolution. This is a field-based role where you’ll be meeting our customers face-to-face. We are specifically looking for a professional residing in or around the North West/M62 Corridor area to service this region.

  Experience:
  
  Ideally, you have experience with claims around £100,000, but we’re happy to consider those with experience over £50,000.
• Professional Growth: Minimum qualification of Cert CII or CILA is required;
  Dip CII is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting practices, and ABI report writing.
• Building Practices Insight: Knowledge of building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering processes.
• Customer Focus: Proven track record of managing claims from cradle to grave, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
