• Managing insurance claims from inception through to completion
• Liaising with contractors, tradespeople, clients and customers
• Managing claims budgets in line with surveyor allocations
• Communicating with customers and stakeholders via phone and providing regular updates via virtual portals

• General building or housing knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, and confidence engaging with customers and stakeholders via phone
• The ability to manage multiple claims and prioritise workloads effectively
• Strong attention to detail and financial awareness
• A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team
