Quest Gates is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen engagement with insurer, broker and corporate clients. You will manage strategic partnerships, ensure effective claims services and deliver high client satisfaction, with a focus on retention and growth.
As the primary contact, you will lead governance meetings, performance reviews and on-site visits, identify opportunities to improve delivery, and support cross-sell and upsell aligned to client needs.
