We are currently looking for a Qualified Litigation Fee Earner – Flight Compensation Claims to join our dynamic and expanding team in Wolverhampton. Hours of Work: Full time.

Duties: As a qualified Litigation Fee Earner – Flight Compensation Claims, you will handle a high volume of EC261/UK261 claims, representing airline passengers in disputes against major carriers. You will oversee the complete litigation process from pre‑action protocols through to trial, ensuring robust legal strategies and excellent client communication at every stage.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent litigation experience
• Minimum 2 years PQE (or equivalent) in civil litigation
• Proven expertise in small claims, particularly under EC261/UK261 or similar consumer rights laws
• In‑depth knowledge of relevant case law such as Dore v Easy Jet and Bott & Co
• Exceptional advocacy, drafting, and client communication skills
