Commercial Contracts Manager In-house

Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager. Candidates need to be able to point to a proven track record in working with commercial contract and agreements.

Based in Wolverhampton this company would like members of the legal team to come in the office three days per week.

• Support the in-house legal team with the review, amendment & management of commercial contract
• Working with the colleagues to ensure commercial contracts are fit for purpose
• Assist with data privacy and intellectual property matters

• A minimum of one years’ experience working with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and third party agreements
• Have good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Have a commercial / business outlook to their work

Our client envisages that candidates with at least 1 years’ experience plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position. This has been given as an approximate guide for and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this range but who have the relevant experience.
