The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately funded matters, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, private children work, cohabitation and TOLATA disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and domestic abuse matters.

You should be confident in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, and show a proactive approach to business development. Resolution membership or working towards accreditation would be advantageous but not essential.
