Red Recruitment is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive to join our client, a respected law firm with a reputation for delivering outstanding client service.

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• General residential property advice

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.

• Have experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Be a proactive team player with a positive and professional approach.
