If you’re a Senior Employment Solicitor who enjoys working with professionals at the top of their game, this is the opportunity for you.

As one of the go-to law firms in London for complex employment matters, you can expect to work on headline making cases across the professional services sectors. You’ll work with the types of clients who make the FT when they start a new role or hire a new Director.

This law firm are a London based employment specialist with an outstanding reputation. They’re ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. This means that you’ll have other top ranked lawyers in your corner, helping you achieve results for your clients.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team. Therefore, you can expect a lot of direct client contact. Exactly where you’ll want to be at this stage of your career with one eye on future Partnership.

You’ll work on a 50/50 split of claimant and respondent side employment matters and have a mostly contentious workload. This will include partnership and senior executive disputes arising from high profile team moves. You can expect some advisory work.

Hybrid working is standard. Generally, you’ll be expected to be in the office 3 days a week. There will be plenty of social events in the calendar (including their annual rounders tournament!) and your target will be 1200 billable hours a year.
