• Drive complex corporate transactions and support the firm's commercial team.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio from start-ups to SMEs.
• Steer mergers and acquisitions and advise on corporate structures and governance matters.
• Craft tailored share schemes (e.g., EMIs) and advise on employee ownership arrangements (EOTs).
• Advise on shareholder agreements, company formations, and related corporate matters.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the firm's reputation through networking and content creation.

• Solid hands-on corporate law experience.
