Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee all aspects of shipping. Recent experience or qualifications in warehousing or a similar field will be advantageous.

• Raise shipping paperwork and commercial invoices.
• Prepare products for international shipments.
• Process shipments through customer portals.
• Engage with and coordinate transport agents.

• Ensure all activities comply with current health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace following 5S principles.
• Interact with material controllers and production staff to address daily priorities and issues, and accurately record all stock movements.

• Collaborate with the team to share ideas and support continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain effective communication with other departmental staff.

• Encourage change, be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Show strong communication skills, integrity, resilience, optimism, and openness to change.

• Experience in logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Computer literate with problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained. If clearance cannot be obtained, the candidate may not be eligible for the role.
