The Role

This is a full-time position for an Industrial Cleaning Operative. The role is based in Wolverhampton, but travel across the Midlands and UK-wide is required, with early starts and occasional nights out. You’ll be working as part of a small, hands-on team, supporting environmental and industrial cleaning operations to a high standard of safety and professionalism.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting site teams with industrial and environmental cleaning work
• Using specialist equipment such as jetting units and vacuums
• Helping with tank cleans, interceptor cleans and other site services
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Travelling across the Midlands, with some UK-wide jobs, early starts and nights out as required

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in industrial or environmental cleaning (desirable)
• CSCS card and safety training (preferred – training can be provided)
• Full driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
• Flexible attitude to shifts, weekends, early starts and nights away
• Team player who’s safety-conscious and willing to get stuck in
