What's in it for you Competitive salary of £36,000 - £45,000 depending on skills and experience No weekend working, supporting a healthy work-life balance Opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models Stable, permanent position within a busy and established workshop Modern diagnostic equipment and tools to support your work Supportive working environment with opportunities to develop your skills Your responsibilities as Mechanic/Vehicle Technician Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently Complete major repair work including cambelts, clutches and engine-related repairs Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate Use diagnostic equipment to accurately pinpoint faults and recommend repairs Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and within agreed timescales What were looking for in a Mechanic/Vehicle Technician Previous workshop experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities across a range of vehicles Experience completing major mechanical repairs and engine work Full UK driving licence Ability to work to high standards of quality and safety Working hours Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm Interested in this Mechanic/Vehicle Technician role?
