Rise Technical is recruiting a Building Maintenance Technician for a role based in Watford, London. You will join a skilled facilities team and act as an onsite expert, maintaining building fabric and spa facilities to high standards.
The position offers a salary of £34,000 to £35,000 per year, with a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern and opportunities for training and career progression.
