JLL in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Maintenance Operative to deliver the building services, implement the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with operating manuals and contract service levels. You will support other team members and ensure tasks are programmed and carried out effectively.
You will liaise with contract teams and perform planned/reactive maintenance, update CAFM records and maintain a safe working environment.
