Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum and car allowance

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Oversee all site operations and facilities for office-based teams on site.
  • Lead and develop a team of 150+.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Effectively manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with other sites across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, policies, and service level agreements.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership in managing large teams of 150+ ideally in operations, tech or retail.
  • Strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Experience in change management, and process improvement.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems and implement solutions.
  • Hands‑on approach with a focus on KPIs and operational targets.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001.
  • Strong IT Literacy
  • Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to other sites on occasion.
