Job description
What does the role look like?
As a Delivery Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring delivery commitments are met across Machining & Special Process. You'll provide operational and administrative leadership, using KPIs to drive performance and recovery plans, while working cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support production ramp ups and new product introductions.
What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to managers and teams
- Drive delivery performance through KPI tracking (e.g. parts booked to stores, recovery hours)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow-up
- Prepare reports, manage data, and track performance against safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support NPI and production ramp-ups

- Proven experience using KPIs and data to drive operational performance and delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Desirable skills:
- Strong working knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials and quality systems
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
