• Lead a small team in one of our in-store departments
• Be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently
• Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate success
• You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation and implement visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand
• Drive store performance to its maximum potential; lead the team to follow best practices to support commercial goals and brand knowledge
