Crown Worldwide Group has an opening for an Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team based at our Crown Workspace depot in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

The Operations Supervisor is a permanent position offering a competitive pay depending on skills and experience.

We are recruiting highly motivated, experienced supervisors to lead our moves team.

Oversee moves activities on a variety of projects to ensure the highest quality of customer service. You will be required to travel to various locations which may involve the occasional night out.

Essential:

• Experience in Removals environment
• Proven Team Leadership skill
• Ability to Multi task
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
• Good interpersonal and motivational skills
• Good commercial awareness and critical thinker

Desirable:

• Customer service orientated work experience
