We require a Team Leader perform a first line management / supervisory role within the warehouse structure.
- Responsible for accurate distribution of goods to customers using outside transport.
- To perform all duties with a strict adherence to the system procedures and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
- To lead and drive the team towards KPI’s and ensure objectives are met.
- Efficient, accurate and on-time shipment of goods to customers.
- To manage time and attendance.
- To ensure stock rotation is always adhered to.
- To allocate the work of the people in the department.
