You’ll lead a motivated team, drive excellence in compliance, and ensure our clients receive top‑tier service.
What You’ll Do- Lead & Inspire: Guide a high-performing team to meet and exceed compliance standards.
- Develop Talent: Provide ongoing training, 1-2-1 coaching, and help team members thrive.
- Drive Results: Monitor performance, conduct audits, and report on key insights.
- Shape Processes: Contribute to process improvements and keep our systems running smoothly.
- Own Compliance: Manage team resources, handle escalations, collaborate with fee earners and support teams to resolve onboarding queries efficiently and ensure health & safety standards are met.
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment within onboarding and/or compliance.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC requirements and regulatory obligations.
- A strong grasp of office processes and Microsoft apps.
- Leadership skills to inspire, develop, and elevate your team.
