Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

At United Infrastructure, our Social Infrastructure team is expanding in Walsall and we are seeking a Project Manager. The role involves managing contracts, overseeing direct labour and supply chain, and implementing efficiencies. You will be responsible for procurement, negotiating work packages with subcontractors, and ensuring best value and service for our clients.

• Manage contracts and oversee direct labour and supply chain models.
• Implement operational efficiencies and drive performance from the project team.
• Lead procurement activities, negotiating work packages with subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensure effective client engagement and maintain excellent health and safety standards.

• SMSTS qualified.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager working on social housing planned works.
• Leadership experience and excellent people skills.
• Strong data interrogation and tracking skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Competent use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent client engagement, health and safety awareness, and ability to drive performance from team members.
