Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support a team of Territory Managers to deliver high-quality sales and operational performance. Provide resolution for escalated service issues. Set clear objectives , monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on both sales and service quality. Oversee workload distribution, ensuring efficient cover is available for planned and unplanned absence to answer client queries, and deliver service commitments.
Manage a personal portfolio of key clients, conduct regular review meetings, share performance insights, and identify opportunities to enhance service value. Support the wider business development strategy by contributing insights, identifying prospects, and participating in targeted sales activity.
