Operations Centre Manager

What You Will Do

The Operations Manager is responsible for the Operations team which includes Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning and Logistics. You will lead an Operations Management team to deliver and execute on the site Operational Output and Operations Strategy. Promote an environment that challenges the existing process and strives for excellence through continuous improvement and flexibility. Accountable for delivering rigorous Safety (S), Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Cost (C, Lean (L)/People (P) targets across the function, introducing new products and processes and unleashing the departments potential.

The ability to lead a team and deliver and manage a business unit with the wider operations. Exposure to the wider organisation and how to manage through a wider business.

Experience:

• Track record of delivering a world class operation and building effective teams.
• Proven track record with a successful portfolio of achievements.
• Competent in Operations, Continuous Improvement, EHS, Quality class leading practices.
• Confident and professional personality, experienced with direct customer interface.

This role may involve access to export-controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
