Registered Children's Home Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 p.a.
Location: Wolverhampton, WV1
Home Size: 4-Bed Learning Disabilities (LD) Home

- Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential care standards
- Confident working independently and as part of a wider management team
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a brand-new 4-bed Learning Disabilities children's home
- Support the registration, setup, and successful launch of the service
- Play a key role in developing the home's culture, standards, and operational procedures
- Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing staff team
- Promote positive outcomes and high-quality care for children and young people
- Maintain and work towards achieving Outstanding Ofsted standards
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management processes
- Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively
- Support the development and growth of new services within the organisation
- Build positive relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service
