Jersey Evening Post is seeking an energetic lounge supervisor to join our management team. You will lead the team on shift, drive service standards and ensure efficient operations, always aiming to exceed KPI targets.
You will manage revenue, control costs, and ensure health and safety compliance, while coaching and developing staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Shift pattern includes early starts and late finishes, with five days a week rotating, ensuring coverage across peak periods.
