Location: Coseley
Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around and to lead a team in delivering outstanding customer experiences across in-shop and online orders. You’ll motivate staff, ensure the shop runs smoothly during your shift, and maintain high standards of service.
You will manage product preparation, maintain displays, and keep the shop clean and welcoming. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred, and availability requirements
