DPD Group is seeking a proactive Hub Operations Manager to drive hub performance across overnight and day shifts in the UK. You will lead Hub Managers, Operations Managers and the Sort Controller team to meet service levels, cost targets and throughput.
This role requires extensive experience in large-scale logistics, strong people skills, and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. A UK driving licence is essential, with nights and occasional weekends involved.
