BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Pre-Construction Manager to join the London segment, based at the London office and covering the London and Southeast region. You will lead the preconstruction process from tender stage to main contract award, engaging with clients, consultants and the supply chain to develop strategy and methodology.
You will manage bid submissions, coordinate bid teams, and lead tender meetings, visiting sites when required, to ensure a best-value offer and profitable outcomes
