Response Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Hostel Services Manager to lead a team delivering safe, person-centred supported housing for vulnerable adults in Luton.
Reporting to the Head of Service, you will manage operations across properties, drive performance and compliance, oversee budgets and income, and build strong partnerships with local authorities to achieve positive outcomes for residents. You’ll participate in an on‑call rota evenings, weekends and holidays.
