MUFG is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Bank EMEA Risk Management change pillar. You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of risk management initiatives, coordinating with Project Managers and key staff across Risk, Compliance, Finance and IT to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
The role requires 10+ years in programme management within banking, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to governance, reporting and risk mitigation.
