Apleona UK is seeking a Hard Services Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM and maintenance services across a key client portfolio. Based in Hursley with some travel to London, you will report to the Account Director and manage engineering teams, ensure compliance and drive performance.
You will oversee budgets, KPI monitoring, HSEQ culture and client relationships, with opportunities to contribute to small works and projects.
