Marshalls Water Management is seeking a Yard Team Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient operation of a busy civils and drainage yard in Pollington. You will oversee stock movement from production to yard and dispatch, ensuring on-time deliveries and compliant loading/unloading of vehicles.
Leading a team of around 25 operatives, you will manage attendance, training, welfare and performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.
