DACHSER in Northampton is seeking an Export Customs Supervisor to lead our export customs team, ensure compliant, efficient operation, and support continuous improvement. Reporting to the Export Customs Manager, you will supervise daily activities, manage road-freight clearances, review processes, coach staff, maintain KPIs, and liaise with HMRC and internal teams.
