Lord Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Resource Planning Manager to improve workforce planning, scheduling and operational efficiency across a UK field-based technical workforce.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will own resource planning and capacity forecasting, drive utilisation, and deliver forward visibility across multiple service lines, while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
