ABM Heathrow is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for the PRS operation. You will be the on-the-ground operations lead, managing daily activities, coordinating resources and ensuring SLA delivery across the airport environment in a 4-on-4-off pattern.
You will build strong relationships with airlines, ground handlers and airport authority teams, uphold customer-focused culture and ensure compliance with health, safety and disability legislation.
