The Green Recruitment Company is assisting a well-capitalised European renewable energy platform to appoint an M&A Manager to support its growth across Europe. The role covers origination, evaluation and execution of acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and selected disposals.
This is a highly transactional position with responsibility from initial screening and valuation through due diligence and completion, interfacing with senior management and external advisers.
