Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager with an FTTH/Fibre background
to lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of telecommunications projects.

You will oversee daily field operations, manage performance against KPIs, coordinate resources, and ensure all works are delivered in line with client requirements, SSHEQ standards, and contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate FTTH field delivery teams.
• Manage operational performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SSHEQ, NRSWA, and client standards.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and field resources.
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure accurate reporting, audits, as-builts, and evidence capture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience within telecoms
• Strong knowledge of fibre installation, testing, splicing, and network delivery
• Experience managing field teams and subcontractors
• Understanding of KPI-driven operational performance
• Knowledge of SSHEQ, NRSWA, and PIA requirements
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• PIA Accreditation (SA002 and/or S7/S8)
• NRSWA Certification
• First Aid Qualification
• Health & Safety Qualification
