Operating predominantly in London and the South East, with an established presence in Birmingham and the Midlands, they have cultivated strong partnerships with some of the UK’s leading contractors.
About the role:
My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oversee and manage a Groundworks and RC frames project from planning through production and delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
About the responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and fabrication requirements
Coordinate across engineering, procurement, workshop, and site teams
Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and material logistics
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry standards
Track costs, manage risks, and maintain project profitability
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and clients
Lead and supervise fabrication teams, project staff, and coordinators
Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity
Mentor and develop team members, promoting skills growth and performance
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to procedures
Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and decision-making
About the Requirements:
Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery

Monitor fabrication progress and resolve technical or production issues
