Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Head of Industry to lead end-to-end industrial activities at the Somerset site. You will own the industrial strategy, drive lean, digital transformation, and coordinate across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
The role reports to the UK ICC Director, manages 7–10 direct reports, and requires 5–10% travel with SC clearance eligibility. A strong track record in industrial leadership and risk management is essential.
