Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Vice President – Education, Workforce & Public Affairs, UK . This senior contract role will anchor MSM Unify’s strategic direction in the UK by leading academic alliances, employer partnerships, and public sector engagement.
You will be the key connector between the UK and the world—creating new pathways for students, institutions, and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Alliances & Transnational Education (TNE)
- Build and manage high-impact partnerships with UK universities and colleges.
- Lead the development of TNE models including joint degrees, articulation agreements, and exchange programs.
- Support UK institutions in internationalizing their academic offerings and student base.
Employer Partnerships & Workforce Recruitment
- Develop employer tie‑ups across sectors to recruit international talent in alignment with the UK’s workforce needs.
- Design ethical, scalable workforce recruitment and job‑readiness programs.
- Create industry‑academia collaborations to enhance employability outcomes.
Government Projects & Public Affairs
- Identify and lead government contracts, workforce development projects, and public‑private initiatives.
- Engage with ministries, regional authorities, and policymakers to align MSM Unify’s programs with national goals.
- Represent MSM Unify in relevant forums and networks across education, mobility, and public policy.
Candidate Profile
- 12–15+ years of leadership in international education, public affairs, workforce strategy, or cross-border partnerships.
- Strong network across the UK’s higher education, employer, and government ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high‑level partnerships and secure multi‑stakeholder engagements. Business‑level fluency in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent cross‑cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the UK and internationally.
