We Buy Vintage is seeking two Regional Managers to lead our field-based Buyers teams across the UK, one in the North and one in the South. You don’t need to be an antiques expert; strong people leadership is key.
You’ll manage large, geographically dispersed teams, provide coaching, and drive performance with regular feedback and development planning. You’ll report to the Head Buyer and collaborate with the Head of People and Head of Training & Development to address capability needs.
