Assembly Operative Production Operative Repair Line Operative Electronics Assembler Phone Repair Operative Device Refurbishment Operative## What you’ll do
* Follow step-by-step SOPs across the repair line
* Disassemble/reassemble devices; fit parts (screens, batteries, cameras)
* Data-wipe, update software, and run basic diagnostics
* Quality-check functions and cosmetic standards
* Clean, grade, label and pack finished devices
* Rotate between stations; keep an ESD-safe, 5S-organised workspace
* Record simple updates in our systems and flag issues early
** No heavy lifting.
** Full training provided.## What you’ll bring

* Comfort with small hand tools and following instructions
* Team player who can work to timed targets
* Nice to have:
