We are currently recruiting for a CNC Bandsaw Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Bilston
, producing high-end wooden products for the home
. This is a great opportunity to work with quality materials in a clean, professional environment where craftsmanship matters.

You will be responsible for operating CNC bandsaw machinery to cut and prepare timber components used in premium home products. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of wood are key.

• Operating CNC bandsaw machines safely and efficiently
• Cutting a range of wood types to precise measurements
• Reading and working from job sheets and production drawings
• Selecting the correct materials for each job
• Carrying out quality checks on finished components
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Experience operating CNC bandsaws or similar woodworking machinery
• Good knowledge of different wood types and their properties
• Understanding of woodworking processes and safe machine use
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
