Lubricant Technician

Location:

Customer Site, Wolverhampton

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7.00am to 4.00pm
Friday, 7.00am to 12.00pm
Total 39 hours per week

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lubrication Technician to join a global organisation that delivers innovative lubrication solutions across a wide range of industries and applications. The role is based full time at a customer site in Wolverhampton and plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, performance and operational efficiency.

This position requires a proactive, hands on individual with strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a customer focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and carry out all activities required as part of the Lubrication Service.

* Apply and change lubricants and fluids in line with agreed planned maintenance schedules.

* Conduct condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment.

* Record and report test results and usage data using the inhouse system.

* Follow strict operational procedures, including 6S standards and Health and Safety requirements.

* Build strong working relationships with customer operators and management.

* Provide a professional, responsive and supportive service at all times.

* Identify issues and demonstrate effective problem solving skills.
