Performance Objectives Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, item masters, and product-related data in Javelin. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all product and manufacturing records.

Identify and resolve data errors, discrepancies, or system issues. Support users with Javelin navigation, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance. Run MRP (Material Requirements Planning), review planning messages, and take appropriate action on material and production requirements. Monitor capacity constraints and assist with production scheduling activities. Produce and review system-generated reports on materials, production status, inventory, and performance metrics. Create, release, update, and close work orders in line with production plans.

Raise Job Packs and ensure all documentation is correct and issued on time. Generate and print WTLs (Work-To-List reports) or other production routing documents as required. Maintain accurate records of WIP (Work in Progress) and shop-floor activity.
