The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Food Production Supervisor for our well-established client based in Wolverhampton

Monday to Friday, 05:00am - 13:30pm

£14.50 per hour

• Supervising daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Leading, motivating, and managing a team of production operatives
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met
• Monitoring production targets and addressing any issues or delays
• Conducting staff briefings and supporting training of new employees
• Maintaining accurate production records and reporting to management
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and output

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and hands‑on approach
