Shift Technician – Blow Moulding & Maintenance

IPL Schoeller in Wolverhampton is seeking a Shift Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves working two days and two nights in a four on, four off shift pattern, assisting production staff, and ensuring efficient operation of machinery. The Technician will learn to perform tasks under limited supervision and help maintain production quality while adhering to health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will undertake responsibilities including repairs of equipment, escalation of complex breakdowns, and maintaining documentation.
