Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £20.00 per hour when individual production targets are achieved.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 4:30pm

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Production MIG Welder on behalf of our Wolverhampton-based client.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and established manufacturing business specialising in the production of frames. The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced production environment, welding mild steel components up to 1.5mm thick to a high standard.

• MIG welding mild steel components up to 1.5mm thickness.
• Working to production schedules and quality standards.
• Meeting individual production targets.
• Maintaining a safe and organised working area.

• Previous experience in a production MIG welding role.
• Ability to weld mild steel to a high standard.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Competitive hourly rate of £15.76 per hour.
• Performance-related earnings of up to £20.00 per hour when production targets are met.
• Regular Monday to Friday working hours.
• Ongoing work with the potential for long-term opportunities.
