As a Battery Production Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering operational excellence within a highly automated manufacturing environment. You’ll guide a skilled team, combining engineering expertise with a data‑driven mindset to maximise uptime and continuous improvement. This is your chance to push boundaries, embrace change and channel your curiosity while developing your leadership and technical capability in a critical area of the business.
WHATTO EXPECT
- Leading and developing maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
- Delivering equipment uptime by managing breakdown response and ensuring safe, efficient fault resolution
- Creating and managing planned preventative maintenance programmes to optimise performance and reliability
- Partnering with cross‑functional teams to achieve quality and volume targets while improving operational performance
- Driving environmental and health‑and‑safety initiatives, supporting sustainable and responsible manufacturing
- Demonstrating experience managing maintenance teams within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Applying strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, ideally within automated production settings
- Using logical problem‑solving techniques to resolve complex technical challenges
- Understanding health and safety, quality systems and environmental practices within industrial environments
- Holding a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
